Fostering Excellence in Woodwork

Mid North Coast Woodworkers Inc. is a group of like-minded men and women who meet regularly to pursue their interest in making things with wood.

The members of the club engage in all types of wood working activities

  • furniture making
  • woodturning
  • intarsia
  • marketry
  • jewellery boxes
  • bandsaw boxes
  • carving

You do not have to be an expert woodworker to be a member of the club and the club is open to all members of the community with an interest in woodwork.

It offers a range of activities for members to foster the development of woodwork skills.

These include workshops, clinics, demonstrations and guest speakers at meetings and on specified weekends during the year.

Monthly meetings are held on the last Saturday of each month in the afternoon normally between 1.00pm and 4.00 pm. They are held at a members shed so that we get to see the various set-ups – from a tiny garden shed to a dedicated workshop – that various members work in. It is good to see that beautiful work can come out of the tiniest spaces.

Visitors are always welcome.

The next meeting will take place at  Stan Wood’s place on Saturday 27th August at 1PM.

Visitors to this site interested in woodwork please ring Paul, the president of the club on 0421 575 417 or send an email via our contact page of this website.
